How do you deliver?

We ship our orders with UK couriers DX and DPD Local. They both use a next business day service for orders placed before 3pm.
We can also ship orders using Royal Mail if requested.

Do you offer volume discount?

Yes! Most of our clocks are eligable for a multibuy discount of which the criteria will be specified on each product page. Depending on the size of the order we might be able to offer further discounts, you can get in touch with us for more details here:

How can I return and Item?

We offer 30 day no quibble returns where orders are eligable for refund or exchange (please see returns policy for more details).
All products come with a 1 year warrenty, if your item turns out to be faulty get in touch with us and we can get a replacement organised.

Do you offer credit accounts?

We offer a 30 day credit account for schools, to learn more click here

How to I track my order?

If you entered an email when placing the order you will be sent order updates and tracking information throughout your parcels journey.
If you get in touch with use providing an order number and postcode we can check the progress of your delivery.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order you can get in touch with us anytime before the order has been dispatched. Ifn the order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel, the 30 day returns process will take over.
